Octagonal bezel with visible screws, frosted-finish case and bezel, blue “Grande Tapisserie”-style dial, and a visible tourbillon cage at 6 o’clock.
Flag here: a frosted Royal Oak with an exposed tourbillon at 6 isn’t a combination AP actually makes — their frosted-finish pieces don’t come with open tourbillon windows like this. Given the shop card in the shot, this looks like a display piece at a watch dealer/reseller showing homage pieces alongside real store contact info, rather than a personal or auction photo.
